If you supply a SASE, the images will be returned to you.  

These images will then be emailed to any email account you choose or they can be mailed regular mail on a CD to the address you specify.  All personal information and images kept confidential. We do not sell or resell to any mailing list or third party.

The CD's cost for Shipping & Handling is $2.00.  

If you do not Send a SASE, your images will not be returned to you and we will not be held responsible for their loss.  SASE = Self Address Stamped Envelope.  I apologize for how harsh this sounds but I know we all understand.

We do not develop images we only scan pictures you have already had developed.  Do not send rolls of film without advance knowledge of this and permission along with prior arrangements.  While we'll try to keep any rolls of film accidentally sent to us, till you can determine how you'd like to handle it we will not be responsible for their loss or destruction.  

Liability:

All images are the property of the individual who mailed them to us we will not determine or be held responsible for legal ownership,  keep nor be responsible for the retention of images once the order is filled and validated it was received by email or registered mail or by phone, unless prior agreements are made with EyeTweaks™ to maintain and store same images.  As good business practice EyeTweaks.com will attempt to retain a copy of the CD mailed to the customer at their request in our files should they need it in the future.  See the form below for this.   We will in no way sell or resell your images use or give away for use to any third party, without prior approval from the individual claiming ownership of the images.  We will not claim any knowledge or responsibility for the image or copyright infringements of the said image.  We are simply providing a service you are responsible with what you do with the image.

We ask you to reframe from pornography images as the laws vary across the states.  Besides we really don't want to see your backside.  Warning any and all images received which appear or give the appearance of child endangerment or abuse will be reported immediately.

We guarantee if your not happy with the images you sent us and the scanning process we will not refund your money "we only scanned what you gave us". 
We may however on our discretion and at your request redo any and all images from the original you sent us.  

We try to be fair here while protecting ourselves.  To avoid any problems we suggest you tell us the area to scan the output size to scan it at if you know and the quality etc... its all listed on the form.   If we make a mistake or there is a true problem with the quality of our work caused by our team.  We will replace these image scans free of charge, along with returning of the images and shipping of the CD at our cost or an offer of future images at same value.  We retain the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any and no reason what so ever.  In the event we utilize this right we will return the images to the said party, as long as the above agreements are met.  No illegal images will be returned or attempted to return.
