Ever wondered how they create those cute little rainbow effects in chat rooms and email or on websites. Well I've prepared a little application which does just that for you. It allows you to enter your text then gives you the HTML code to recreate it in your browser or website. This may work in instant messengers but ive never tried it. If someone does let me know please. Have any question feel free to ask.
